Or, Why the 'Israeli' state is essentially DOOM-ed, moving forward

Prolegomena: Some of my Dear Readers have wanted (in brief) my analysis of the current proceedings occurring at the ICJ.
South Africa is trying to argue to The Hague that sufficient evidence exists to infer that Genocide & related Crimes against Humanity are being inflicted by the 'Israelis' on the Palestinians. This charge is a grave matter:
Essentially, the Genocide Convention (to which both South Africa & 'Israel' are party) is, according to the South African legal team, being violated by 'Israel' in the current Israel-Palestine War. The request is to issue a 'temporary cease & desist' order to the 'Israelis:'
This will act as a provisional measure until the court can rule more decisively on the case's merits. So argues South Africa.
As your friendly neighbourhood DOOM merchant, some older readers should be able to infer what I believe about so-called 'International Law'... but here it goes:
For the most part, 'International Law' is not worth the paper it is written on. Frankly, most of the world's nations (especially the Great Powers) only pay mere lip service to its fundamental tenets. The reason is straightforward:
Namely, not paying some homage to 'International Law' would mean rejection of the post-WW-II architecture (i.e. that gave rise to the United Nations & its related organs). Such a nation would be a de facto Pariah.
This is why even the most bloodthirsty of nations like the USA (i.e., The Empire of Lies itself) has to pay attention & at least 'pretend to care,' for failure to do so means we go back again to the pre-WW II 'Might is Right!' paradigm.
Some more Cynical readers will correctly observe, 'Well... isn't that True right now?' I say, 'Yes, it is... but things can get much worse than at present.' What do I mean by that?
Chemical Warfare, Battlefield, Toxic Haze, Chaotic Lighting, Dystopian, Devastation.
Imagine a world where the Great Powers of Russia, China, & The USA no longer follow (or pretend to) any of the various post-WW II Arms Control architectures.
For the USA, this would mean unrestrained research, development & use of Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, etc., weaponry.
For the Russians & Chinese, this would mean likewise for Electromagnetic, 'Low-tech,' Nuclear, etc., weaponry.
Translation: Hundreds of Millions to Billions dead in mere months, years & decades.
Does that sound too alarmist? Well, DOOM is like many things in life, namely, 'The Journey of a Thousand Miles... begins with One Step!'
The nations of the world & their leadership have some elements within them that understand this. & so the 'Song & Dance' of 'mere pretence' goes on to this day, some ~80 years after the formal end of WW II.
We all pretend, knowing full well this stuff is fictional.
This sort of situation has created an interesting problem.
Namely, a set of 'Taboos' which, when violated, would mean a nation becomes not merely 'someone else's foe' but rather 'Mankind's foe.'
Interestingly, such concepts have been adopted by Godless & Secular peoples as well, who have no basis for Objective Morality.
The range of these 'Taboos' is quite broad, with some Crimes seen as unanimously vile, & others having some 'wiggle room' for Redemption.
For the former, crimes like Genocide & Ethnic Cleansing are seen by most people on the planet as irredeemable, owing to violations of a people's fundamental right to life & security.
For the latter, the case is far more 'Gray.' Several such violations exist, but for the sake of our analysis, we shall look at really one specific crime, namely that of 'Apartheid.'
The word itself comes from Afrikaans & means literally 'aparthood'/'separateness.'
But first, some clarifying remarks:
Signatories to the 1973 International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid: parties in dark green, signed but not ratified in light green, non-members in grey.
NOTE: Not every nation on the planet views Apartheid as a crime. However, ‘enough of them do,’ to the point where sufficient will, readiness & ability will be exercised in the case of any one (or more) nations openly practising Apartheid (& its derivatives) in its internal affairs. This is the key point to keep in mind!
I will not be arguing in this piece that 'Apartheid is a crime.' Indeed, I believe that to be true; however, for those who do not, I will endeavour to show that *even if you do hold that view*, it is undeniable that 'enough nations on the planet' take it as a crime.
What this means is simple:
Should *some nation on the planet* be shown formally to be a practitioner of Apartheid, it would rapidly find itself Diplomatically, Commercially, & Morally isolated.
Now, Astrophysicists talk a lot about 'Event Horizons.' These are boundaries beyond which 'events cannot affect an observer.' Typically, this is used to speak about Black Holes, those theoretical entities from which even Light cannot escape:
The reason is that the 'Event Horizon' of the Black Hole is such that all particles (including Light photons) would find 'all future time paths,' bringing them closer to the Black Hole centre. So, no matter the 'direction of travel,' the particle stays trapped.
To use the analogy, what we are witnessing are the first steps of this happening in the realm of International Relations:
'Israel' is being cornered by the sheer gravity of its crimes.
There are two outcomes open to it. However, both lead to ruin:
Should the ICJ do what many think is the 'moral & right thing to do,' namely to rule in favour of South Africa, precedent is created for other nations & parties to step in.
A whole 'can of worms' is thus opened, whereby the 'Israelis' will find themselves legally challenged on various other matters.
As if being found 'likely to be pursuing' Genocide isn't ruinous enough, cases would then be opened on other matters, including Apartheid. As of this writing, it appears Indonesia has done just that, with their case against 'Israel:'

This will basically be an attempt to FORMALLY demonstrate that ‘Israel’ practices Apartheid in its society.
The trend is clear:
The objective is to get formal proof for crimes like Genocide, Apartheid, etc., after which several nations of the world (whatever their motives, be they sincere, opportunistic, a combo of both, etc.) would pursue Bilateral measures against 'Israel.'
These would be (but not limited to) sanctions, blockades, embargoes, etc. Likewise, Diplomatic Ties would be downgraded or outright Broken by many. As even the most cynical leaders hop in, there will be lots of 'FOMO' (i.e., 'fear of missing out').
Needless to say, 'Israel' would suffer the same fate as Apartheid societies like Rhodesia & South Africa:
Demographic implosion via mass flight &/or emigration overseas.
The 'Jewish state' would then be no more.
Now, some Dear Readers will think, 'What if the Court rules in favour of 'Israel?' What happens then?'
Dear Reader, should the ICJ do something that many peoples & nations would ipso facto find utterly morally repugnant, we will witness a rapid implosion of the post-WW-II architecture.
The United Nations & related organs would basically be defunct overnight, as BRICS+ & associated organizations would be flocked to en masse.
The Unipolar moment will end likewise with a mundane finality, meaning that the DOOM for 'Israel' will merely accelerate:
Unlike the prior case, there will be more liberal pursuits of various Bilateral measures (of the sort outlined above), as a reasonable Causus belli to do so will have been found at the very onset.
Namely, the 'International system' is no longer worth lip service.
If so, Global Conflict & World War draws much closer. Essentially, this outcome is far more 'DOOM-ful' than the first. This is why I have doubts that the Demonic 'Elites' are Stupid, Arrogant, Lazy & Evil enough to see their 'Grift' destroyed.
Of course, I could be wrong about this!
World Leaders' Meeting, Confidential Space, Ambient Lighting, Muted Colors, Clandestine, Authority.
That being said, I can state confidently that we are witnessing the 'Event Horizon' being entered by the 'Israelis' in full force.
If so, the repercussions of this are dire. Colonel Douglas Macgregor (no friend to the Palestinian Resistance) put it bluntly: 'The very existence of 'Israel' is now at stake!'
& I concur! Basically, a Causus Belli is being sought by the various regional players as well, & unlike the more distant parties (like South Africa, Indonesia, etc.), once they get it, their course of action will be far more Kinetic in nature.
Many people are simply aghast by what they see daily on their devices (phones, laptops, etc.), & they demand immediate action.
The various American puppet regimes (such as Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, etc.) are trying to 'keep a lid' on public anger, but signs are mounting that it is about to burst at the seams.
Should they continue 'doing nothing,' they will find regime change, murder, etc., being the 'instrument of choice' employed against them for said inaction.
This is why these ICJ proceedings, though likely quite 'abstract' for the more Cynically-minded, are nevertheless very relevant regarding how things progress.
Throughout Human History, cover for all sorts of Action (Military or otherwise) has always been preceded by legal minutia (however 'abstract' or thought to be 'irrelevant'), especially in times preceding various Great Power Conflicts.
As the bilateral measures of the type mentioned earlier are pursued, mounting public anger will make it almost impossible for these 'puppet regimes' to stay away from the most logical 'next step,' namely, punitive military action.
Already, the Egyptians are making noise that should 'Israel' attempt to perform military operations to try & seize the Philadelphi corridor near the Rafah crossing, they can consider the peace treaty of 1979 Null & Void:

There are those of the view that the Egyptian dictator is Too Corrupt (& so are his cronies) to lift a finger. This might be true, however, it misses the point. Public Anger from such a move would inevitably (with some delays, no doubt) make even the most corrupt of leadership take action, lest they wish to be overthrown in a bloody manner.
'Israel,' therefore, has No Choice but to take the proceedings at the ICJ seriously.
Failure to do so means giving its various foes & enemies the Causus Belli of choice they could then use to wreak havoc upon 'Israeli' society.
The fact that this is happening while American weakness on the World Stage is apparent for all to see is not an accident:
Regional players (such as Iran) can smell weakness. American forces are stretched thin in Eastern Europe & the Asia Pacific already. Anything 'leftover' will not be sufficient to get Escalatory Dominance in West Asia, should fullscale Hostilities erupt.
Therefore, the ICJ proceedings, usually a rather niche topic, are at the forefront of discussions in the general Zeitgeist, whether on 'Arab Street' or the Rest of the Muslim world.
Regardless of the result, 'Israel' is like a bug caught in a trap. Should South Africa prevail, the cause-effect cascade would enter the 'Jewish state' into the Apartheid 'Event Horizon,' from which there will be No Escape for all the reasons noted earlier.
However, should the ruling favour 'Israel,' it will yield a cause-effect cascade far more damaging, which will end with not just the 'Israelis' being harmed but likewise the Americans as well.
Whatever remains of American pre-eminence internationally will be lost.
For this & related reasons, the more seasoned analysts out there have made the observation that American intelligentsia is taking the preliminary steps in trying to 'cut loose' the 'Jewish state.'
Presently, Netanyahu & his more radical coalition buddies (i.e. Kahenists & their ilk) are being blamed in Op-ed circles & related spaces. However, nobody is fooled by this:
The Americans will soon have No Choice but to let 'Israeli' leadership drown. Should they not do so, the Damage to American 'leadership' will become Unsalvageable.

The ICJ is a clown show, like all the other powerless multinational structures including the IMF and NATO. There is one power in the world and it is the Global Hegemon.
